Charla and Tara (name that reference!)'s friendship hails back to the days of yore, to nursery rhymes and toys, scrunched hair and entire cakes. All kidding aside though, Dining for Darfur is going on this Sunday, April 30, mostly at New York restaurants, all of whom have pledged to donate 5% of the gross sales to SaveDarfur.
